Submit Deletion Request
Please provide the mobile number, Customer ID (e.g., AKC12345), or email address associated with your Akira account. Once confirmed, our automated systems will initiate account removal.
What Happens When You Request Deletion?
- Data Purged Immediately: Your login credentials, hashed passwords, active session tokens, saved shipping addresses, contact number, and marketing preferences are permanently purged from active customer databases.
- Orders & Financial Data: To comply with Indian taxation (GST regulations) and statutory bookkeeping requirements, records of completed purchase invoices are retained for the legally required duration (up to 7 years) in an anonymized, read-only archival state.
- Timeline: Account access is revoked immediately upon processing, and complete database removal concludes within 72 hours.
How to Delete Directly from the Akira Mobile App (APK / PWA):
- Open the Akira Mobile App on your device.
- Tap the Profile icon on the bottom navigation bar.
- Scroll down to Account Settings.
- Tap Request Account Deletion and confirm your mobile number.
