We stand behind the freshness of every Akira spice blend. Because spices are food items, unsealed pouches cannot be returned; however, we provide immediate free replacements or refunds for:
- Damaged pouches during transit or broken seal.
- Incorrect masala delivered.
- Missing items from your package.
Claim Timeline
Submit photos of the parcel within 7 days of delivery via customer support. Refunds process to original source account within 5-7 business days.
